They did a skit with from the oval office, and I think it must have been Ford who was president, and he had his Chief of Staff next to the desk, who said, "Mr. President, you have Yasser Arafat on the phone" Then as the conversation started the secretary chimed in with "Mr. President, you have President Nasser from Egypt on line 2"
